CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS HOURS

THE OFFICE WILL CLOSE DECEMBER 23rd AT NOON, AND WILL BE CLOSED DECEMBER 24th & 25th FOR CHRISTMAS. 

THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED JANUARY 1st FOR NEW YEARS.

As we approach the winter months, it may become necessary to cancel classes and reschedule your appointment. This is NOT something you will be punished for if you feel the need to cancel and reschedule due to winter conditions. I am not going to make you come out into weather that you do not feel safe to drive in. If classes need to be cancelled you will either be notified by email or phone. 

Attention employees of local businesses. Have your or one of you coworkers talked about learning CPR because you wouldn't know what to do if someone collapsed in front of you, or is/could be actively choking? What a perfect time to convince your company to train employees on how to possibly save someones life. ***SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES*

 When you call to schedule an in person class, I will ask you for the following:

  1. Your name
  2. Your email address
  3. Your phone number
  4. Debit/Credit card information for the "no show/cancellation" policy. THIS IS NOT FOR PAYMENT. Please have this ready when you call. This is what actually reserves your seat in the class. If you do not have your card at your disposal, your seat will not be reserved until you call back with it. 

WHAT IS THE "NO SHOW/CANCELLATION" POLICY?

  1. If you call to cancel your appointment 24 hours or less for your class, you will be charged 50% of the class you will were registered for.
  2. If you cancel the day of your class or simply do not show up for your class, the card you provided will be charged the full price of your class.

Please show up 10 minutes early for your class for paperwork and payment for the class so we can start on time. If you show up 10 minutes after the scheduled class time, you will NOT be allowed into the class, and you WILL be charged for that class, and you will need to call and reschedule your class. Also you will be charged a $40 rebooking fee. All classes will start at the scheduled time! Please be respectful, as you maybe holding up other students who did show up on time. My classes are based on appointments which in return would cause me to start my next class late, and that isn't fair to them. Any student who enrolls in the wrong class, will be offered one opprotunity to enroll in the correct class, and you will be held responsible for the cost of that class as well. No call/no shows will NOT be given a refund. If you become sick, please contact me ASAP.  You will NOT be penalized for being sick. ALSO be advised, we are in the winter seasons, and classes MAY need to be cancelled and rescheduled. I am NOT going to make you risk your life coming to a class.   

 

For all of our out of office classes, where we come to your facility to do training, a mileage charge is added on. Mileage charges are calculated by the current price of gas times the miles round trip. With gas prices between $3.01-$3.50 per gallon we charge .55 per mile. So if you are located 20 miles from our office we calculate .55 X 40 miles = $22.00   This fee goes to the instructor for his gas and wear and tear on his vehicle. 

Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM. If you do get the answering machine during business hours, I am either in the middle of a class and can't get to the phone, or out of the office teaching. So please leave me a message so I can get back to you.
